Luckily I wasn't mistaken for a real doctor.
After a spinal block and some cutting, he was officially born at 12:11. He was wisked away for some cleaning and shots and a general overall check-up.
Allison fed him and we were able to hold him.

Congratulations!! Boys are fun and OOOHHHHH so different than girls!! What were his stats?? Height and weight, he looks like a hefty little one!!
